He was born into a Sindhi family of town Nasirabad, Sindh. He got his primary education from his hometown combining both modern and religious studies later moved to Hyderabad, Sindh. He has completed his graduation degree in Information Technology from the Sindh Agriculture University. Currently he is serving in Federal Government.
